Hi, I am Jiadong Sun, a graduate student at the College of Computer Science and Technology, Zhejiang University (ZJU). And I’m expected to graduate in Summer 2022. I major in cyberspace security, and my advisor is professor Wenbo Shen. My research interest is operating system security. Specifically, I develop vulnerability mitigation mechanisms. I also keep learning about computer architecture, operating systems, virtualization, etc.

I got my bachelor’s degree at the College of Information Science and Electronic Engineering, Zhejiang University, in July 2019. After that, I continued my studies and started security research on Linux kernel with different ISAs (ARM64, x86_64, and RISC-V). In June 2021, I joined Bytedance Ltd. as an intern, working on system virtualization and back to school in September.
